Introduction

Davron (“we”) promise to respect any personal data you share with us, or that we obtain from other organisations and keep it safe. We aim to be clear when we collect your data and not do anything you wouldn’t reasonably expect.

Your information may be shared with us by independent third parties, for example at events connected with the Aston Martin Owners Club or other sources. You should check their Privacy Policy when you provide your information to understand fully how they will process your data.

The information we get from other organisations may depend on your privacy settings or the responses you give, so you should regularly check them. This information comes from the following sources:

Third party organisations
You may have provided permission for a company or other organisation to share your data with third parties. This could be when you buy a product or service or register for an online competition.

Social Media
Depending on your settings or the privacy policies for social media and messaging services like Facebook, WhatsApp or Twitter, you might give us permission to access information from those accounts or services.

  • When we collect it as you use our WEBSITE

We assign web browser cookies to enhance each visitor’s use of our website. Cookies are used for saving small amounts of information such as user settings.

We do not link IP addresses to individuals. IP addresses are used for internal research and promotion purposes and are not provided to third parties. Our forms have clear marketing preference questions and we include information on how to opt out when we send you marketing materials. If you don’t want to hear from us, that’s fine. 3. How we keep your data safe and who has access to it

We undertake regular reviews of who has access to information that we hold to ensure that your information is only accessible by appropriately trained staff.

We do comprehensive checks on these companies before we work with them, and put a contract in place that sets out our expectations and requirements, especially regarding how they manage the personal data they collect or have access to.

We will not sell your details to any third parties at any time. However, from time to time we may exchange your personal information with other organisations for the purposes of fraud and credit risk reduction. We may also share information with our financial and legal advisers for the purposes of obtaining advice and protecting our legal rights.

4. Make changes, request information we have on you or delete it etc

We may change this Privacy Statement from time to time. If we make any significant changes in the way we treat your personal information we will make this clear on our website.
